We are thrilled to share the latest updates on our Motor City development, a project that has been in the making for almost a year and is set for completion in December 2025. As of March 2024, according to the Dubai Land Department, 30% of the project is already complete and is all set for completion by December 2025, showcasing AQUA Developments’ continued efforts to make significant strides in meeting timelines and exceeding expectations.
During our Management’s recent visit in May, we were pleased to observe significant progress, with nearly five floors completed and some units already finished.
