Broker Bonus Structure:

Earn cash on unit sales:

  • 1 BHK – AED 20,000
  • 2 BHK – AED 40,000

Terms and Conditions:

  1. Buyers must pay 10% or 20% (depending on the selected payment plan) of the unit price, in addition to 4% DLD and applicable administrative fees.
  2. The Reservation Form and Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA) must be signed to confirm the booking.
  3. Full payment must be completed within 10 days of booking to secure the unit.
  4. Units that are not paid for within the stipulated timeframe will be canceled. These units will be made available for sale again two weeks after cancellation.
  5. This offer bonus does not apply to units on sold floors.
