The Central Downtown, Arjan Named Best Mixed-Use Development in the Middle East!
AQUA Properties is proud to announce that The Central Downtown in Arjan has been honored with the Best Mixed-Use Development in the Middle East award at the prestigious Construction Innovation Awards 2024. This accolade, presented on October 30, 2024, at the Hilton Al Habtoor Palace, celebrates the project’s visionary design, community-focused spaces, and commitment to exceptional quality. Organized by Construction Business News Middle East and BNC Publishing, this recognition reinforces AQUA Properties’ standing as a leader in Dubai’s real estate market.
Launched earlier this year, The Central Downtown spans an impressive 7-acre hub with four towers, a 150,000 sq. ft. retail mall, and over 25 exclusive amenities, establishing itself as a premier mixed-use development in the Middle East. With sophisticated finishes and luxurious terrace penthouses, the project showcases meticulous craftsmanship, surpassing client expectations and receiving exceptional feedback for its distinctive appeal.
As one of Arjan’s top-selling developments, The Central Downtown has attracted attention across the region, with features in major publications such as Arabian Business, Khaleej Times, and Gulf News. Reflecting on this achievement, Mr. Ali Tumbi stated earlier this year: “This rapid sales success underscores AQUA Properties’ formidable presence in Dubai’s real estate market and highlights the high level of investor confidence in our projects.”
Building Towards the Future
From the unveiling ceremony to significant construction milestones, The Central Downtown has consistently delivered on quality and adhered to its project timeline. With only a few units remaining, AQUA Properties continues to set new standards for excellence, attracting residents who seek sophistication, community, and innovation.
